Artifact: Staff Transfer Cost Calculation
This calculation gives a complete overview of all the costs related to the staff transfer.
It would typically be a spreadsheet, either a separate document or an additional sheet in the Terms And Conditions Inventory artifact. Cost items to include are:
- Harmonization cost;
- On-Boarding;
- Training/Re-skilling;
- Bench time;
- Redundancy cost;
- Cost of HR transition.
If the Client is going to pay for the Staff Transfer separately, a summary of this calculation can be made as input for the commercial proposal to the Client.
